Heir ships orders worldwide and collaborates with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and chosen method.

  • Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery, typically taking 1–5 business days. Shipping costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow a processing time of 1–3 business days. Transit time begins on the first business day after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Guarantee

The Heir Shipping Guarantee provides extra protection and security for shipments within the EU. Exchanges, returns, or refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received by the customer.

Address & Delivery

Heir is not responsible for lost orders resulting from an incorrectly provided delivery address. Orders are shipped to the exact address entered by the customer during checkout.

We do not ship to APO/FPO, military addresses, or PO Boxes. Please check your address details carefully; we cannot reroute packages or process refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Delays & Liability

Heir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Delivery times are estimates based on information from our shipping partners and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping costs will not be refunded for delays outside of our control.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

No customs fees or import duties apply to orders from Heir. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. Your order will be delivered without any additional customs or clearance charges.

In the exceptional case that a payment request does arise, please contact us immediately. Heir will resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed or Missed Deliveries

Heir is not liable for orders marked as "delivered" or where a delivery attempt has been made. It is the customer's responsibility to accept the package on time or collect it from the local pickup point.

If a package is not collected in time, it may be returned to the sender or destroyed. If a package is returned to our warehouse without our prior consent, it will automatically be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Heir cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages where the tracking indicates the item has been delivered. Our responsibility ends once the tracking status shows "Delivered" or "Delivery Notice Left."

In the event of suspected theft or loss after delivery, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, filing a report with the police.
