Refund Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. To ensure hygiene, we do not accept returns on underwear or used items. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipments must always include a valid tracking code. Additional fees may be charged if a package is refused or if the return does not comply with our regulations. Packages must be sent back to our warehouse. The return address will be provided via email after the return has been registered.

Refunds and Fees

Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of registration, provided the product has been received in good order. Please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. If the item or packaging is used and/or damaged, we reserve the right to pass this depreciation in value on to the customer. We ask that you handle the item with care and ensure it is packaged securely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team with clear evidence.

  • Damaged Items: Once your claim is accepted, you do not need to return the package, and we will send you a replacement product.

  • Incorrect Items: Once your claim is accepted, you may return the item free of charge within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

Exclusions

Please note that we will refuse returns in the following situations:

  • Items have been washed.

  • Tags have been removed.

  • Items show visible signs of use.

  • Items are not in their original packaging.

  • Items are damaged due to misuse, alterations, improper maintenance, or accidents.

  • Instances of return policy abuse.

IMPORTANT: Do not send the package back to the address listed on the original shipping label; this is not a return address. We cannot provide a solution or refund for lost return packages.
